User Data Deletion Request

At DikraShop, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete your personal information from our records, you can submit a request using the form below or by contacting us directly.

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove the following data associated with your account:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Order history and purchase records
• Any marketing preferences or communication history

Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes) or to complete any outstanding transactions. Such data will be deleted as soon as legally permissible.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to contact@dikrashop.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Your order number (if applicable)

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
